Bucket list
A bucket list is an excellent launch board for fun and adventure,its a good way to challenge yourself to do more,It can comprise of simple thing for example smile with one person daily to more exciting things like take a family road trip. make your list to do , make it realistic but do be creative.Many people tend to do them seasonally again you can put your own spin for instance you could have a bucket list for each month.
Polishing Image
First impressions last,What ever stage you are in life ,however stylish ,however fierce.We can all use a bit of sprucing up here and there.Again challenge yourself ,try a new colour or rather opt to not wear colour for a while.Try something outside of your regular ,take a few picture next time you are out. life is about expressing yourself and making memories .
Trim the fat
I constantly fell like I am spreading myself extremely thin. for this year I have already trimmed the fat in terms of my involvement. It was hard to illuminate some activities however if you constantly fell overwhelmed ,that is a clear sign that you need to make some changes.This could also be a negative relationship or a dead end situation ,anything in life that bring you great anxiety and stress examine it and see where relevant changes can be made.
Take better care of yourself
This is something I constantly try to do.Eat better,work out ,drink more water,read. do a face mask , wear SPF,take care of my hair and nails,rest,be social.So much areas I need to pick it up,but everything with time.Currently trying to get the motivation to work out regularly and mourning the loss of both of my work out partner. Its quite difficult to do many of the things we need to however try .The best way to keep up is to set and stick to a routine.
Whatever your plans , do not be afraid to try something new ,challenge yourself.Nothing tried nothing done. Until next time.

I agree Thats why I have a bucket list too as well and I'm constantly doing something. It makes me happy, stress free and healthy. I also trying to do things to take better care of myself not just mentally but physically as well.
