Skin Care Must Haves

Having combination acne prone skin there are a few things that I reach for regularly as they help me to calm breakouts ,keep my skin tone even in addition to other things. These are few items that I learned the value of over the years. If you use any of them  feel free to share how you use them. Many of the items listed have been used topically  for generation in a variety of ways.I encourage you to try them out for yourself .

My must haves:

Great antiseptic I mix with apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil and water for a great home made toner
Use: ance fighter💪

Witch Hazel

Best for acne prone skin using sparingly because it is extremely strong

 Tea Tree Oil

ACV my nieces and nephews know this well. All rounder jump start your immune system ,mix with your shampoo, fight colds just mix with honey.ACV can be harsh please dilute before applying to skin.
3 Apple Cider  Vinegar

Since high school I have used baking soda with cornmeal as a home made scrub in my puppy's bath, for oral care, another all rounder.
4.Baking Soda
I am late on the tumeric bandwagon just a year but it has cancer fighting properties and many skin benefits I use it for my  weekly mask best kept Indian secret.
5. Turmeric
Besan or chickpea flour another Indian product is an amazing base for a mask work similarly to clay firms the skin.I use gram flour tumeric milk and coconut oil to make my weekly mask.
6.Gram flour
Activated charcoal used to remove impurities in emergency rooms it provides the same benifit  for your skin also excellent teeth whitening agent.I dedicate a specvific toothbrush to this process.
7. Activated Charcoal
My favorite moisturizer people regularly touch my leg to see if I'm wearing stockings(I despise them) so I ensure my legs are as stocking like as possible.  I achieve this by exfoliating with baking soda weekly and daily moisterize with Shea butter.
8.Shea Butter

In addition I have been using honey, coconut oil ,molases and rosemary. For me I have realized that  natural products give me better results.Less processing and fewer if any  harmful chemical simply means that  your skin is getting the raw pure benefits. Also having products in the natural state allow you to experimen what product world well together to conquer recurring problems.
I hope you feel inspired to go the all natural root.

  2. Hey Nikki thanks for the insight. I have very bad acne. I am currently using nuetrogena however it doesn't work as fast as I would want it to. Prior to that I was using clean and care but I assume I'm allergic to it being that whenever I use it I tend to break out even more. So, which product you recommend I use?
