Best Food In Kingston

Restaurant week 2016 is upon and what better time to share my favorite places to have a meal.One of many things Jamaica is known for is its superb cuisine.So lets get right to it sharing a few of the places I love to dine.

M10 Bar and Grill

This is definitely one of my favorite places. I believe that this is also a very versatile spot. I took my niece here for her 16th birthday dinner. I've been here with friends for a girls night out as well as on other occasions and every time I've been I have always left highly satisfied, with the food, with the service, with the ambiance. All in all a  great place to eat. An outdoor setting with a different menu every night you are guaranteed to find something you love and lastly very reasonable price point.

South Avenue Grill

Undoubtedly one of favorite places to eat. I have never been disappointed here, I think this is the ideal date night venue.Beautiful garden outdoor setting. Amazing food and service and the menu has something for everyone's taste. The perfect setting for a great relaxed evening.


Cuddy's
I was Glad to see that this old gem has reopened its the first "proper restaurant" I dined and I guess it's safe to say peaked my interest for dining. Cuddy's has a nice Jamaican menu. Great place for a family dinner or for taking out kids and teens, reasonable price point and   located in New Kingston relatively central.

JoJo Jerk Pit
Based on my selections you probably can tell that I love spicy, jerk, flavorful food and as a result Jo Jo's made its way on my list. Similar to the other places on my list great food, relaxed vibes and reasonable priced.

Truck stop
Another excellent chill location again excellent for teen,children, family night out. Very affordable, Jerk, soup and quick bite kind of spot. Again Nice outdoor, relaxed atmosphere.

Macau's
At the mention of their name I am immediately reminded of the loaded fries.Roof top atmosphere awesome place to grab a bite with friends or for birthday gatherings (do make a reservation for the latter).Menu selection more on the lighter side .Wraps, sandwiches and the works.

 The first time I went a friend took me here for drinks and I loved it.The ambiance is really nice, another date night or a glass of wine girls night venue. They don't give tap water (just though I would share :)But that aside amazing spot.
