All you need to know about Rosemary



I have previously mentioned rosemary and the benefits it has for hair and how useful it can be for growing health hair. Today I will look at the varying using for this wonder plant. Rosemary is from the mint family it is know for its very distinct smell and is used mainly used in cooking and as a medicinal plant.

Skin: Rosemary is used to alleviate the discomfort associated with arthritis and issues associated with  eczema, because it is rich in antioxidants it can be infused with other herbs and or oils to make a topical treatment.
Medicinal: Rosemary is said to prevent brain agieng, it is a memory booster ,again its rich antioxidant properties allows it to hinder free radicals, it is also used as a remedy for head ache,it improves the immune system (aids in digestion) and promotes blood flow. It is advices that pregnant women should not ingest rosemary as the increased blow flow may have negative effects on their unborn child.
Hair: Improved circulation and that minty tingle makes rosemary an excellent clarifying ingredient as well as a growth stimulator. It is often market as a product to combat baldness.If you have thinning hair or edges that are gradually losing mass, try adding rosemary and Jamaican black castor oil to your routine.
DIY Hair Rinse
A spring of rosemary
2 cups of water
wash rosemary add to two cups boiling water ,allow for the mixture to fuse ,set to cool.This can be used to rinse your hair before washing , for dandruff elimination or to combat hair loss leave on for about 10 minute you may also use a steam cap.  For dandruff you can add baking soda and apple cider vinegar for hair loss add and oil of your choice.
