Evaluation time ....The Journey chapter 25

well hello there,I hope this post find you in good spirit.Happy emancipation Jamaica and I hope we are currently preparing for the storm.July 2016 went by so quickly but so much has happened for one I turned 25.Where has the time gone? I must say that this birthday more than any other has really forced me to stop and think about who I am and where I am at this point in my life and most importantly where I want to be in the next few years.



I also desperately wanted to switch up my hair by changing the colour unfortunately I opted for a trim instead.I am also going to be trying a few curl creams.I am 2 years post relaxer and I am yet to master a wash and go. I absolutely love my curl pattern when my hair is wet but I have no idea how to maintain that look. As my hair dries the curl are replaced by frizz. I went for a trim because I honestly do not think that colour treating would be the best option for my hair currently,I will be treating it consistently for the next few months then colour.

 I had pleasure of attending a makeup workshop which  I enjoyed.I definitely learnt a thing or two about skincare and makeup application.It is important from time to time to do something for you.Take a class or go to a workshop.Acquire a skill its important to pursue your career goals but I feel like most of us have natural creative ideas and very often we fail to explore those.I will definitely be exploring interior design and event planning in the very near future.for this years I have enrolled in a Spanish class.

I hope today post inspired you to do something that benefits you.Take a class,get a facial,read a book,evaluate your life. No matter where you are in this journey called life stop ,take stock and enjoy every second of your journey.Until next time.
