- Water(purified,Boiled,spring)
- Peppermint Extract
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Witch Hazel
Combine equal parts water and apple cider vinegar with a few drops witch hazel and peppermint. If you have sensitive skin you can try one part ACV to two parts water.

As a result it is excellent as a toner because it naturally soothes the skin.It also has anti itching properties. if you are prone to dry itchy skin this may be your answer.

- Hair Growth: Naturally thicken and nourish dull hair ( add to shampoo or make your own with rosemary, baking soda and acv)
- Aids in relieving bloating and indigestion.
- Reduces nausea.
- Sun burn relief
- Headache relief( apply to the forehead and temple).
