DIY Peppermint Toner



  • Water(purified,Boiled,spring)
  • Peppermint Extract
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Witch Hazel
Combine equal parts water and apple cider vinegar with a few drops witch hazel and peppermint. If you have sensitive skin you can try one part ACV to two parts water.

Benefits of  Peppermint:
 Pepper mint is know mainly for it antimicrobial and soothing properties. As a result it is often used in aromatherapy as well as to treat digestive issues. As a result it is excellent as a toner because it naturally soothes the skin.It also has anti itching properties. if you are prone to dry itchy skin this may be your answer.
In addition, here are a few common uses:

  1. Hair Growth: Naturally thicken and nourish dull hair ( add to shampoo or make your own with rosemary, baking soda and acv)
  2. Aids in relieving bloating and indigestion.
  3. Reduces nausea.
  4. Sun burn relief
  5. Headache relief( apply to the forehead and temple).
