First the  apologies,due to technical difficulties I was unable to post on the weekend but the show must go on.Continuing on the heels of my last post we are now in the middle of summer.At this time of year our skin becomes severely oiling and feel all sort of crazy, even if  you are lucky enough to be speared from the skin crisis no worries this will still come in handy.For this DIY you only need four items which I guarantee you already have.

Today's post will be a quick and simple one.We are in the middle of summer,super hot weather,now more than every our skin is exposed to all the elements.Here my recommendation a do it your self toner that nourishes skin after a rough day out and about.

Road Trip Chronicles

Yesterday a few friends and I Journey to Portland for a birthday celebration .We made stops at French Man's Cove and an unplanned stop at the folly ruins .Portland is know for it many beautiful beaches and rivers however there is a lot more to experience.I recently heard the story surrounding this beautiful structure. It was built in the 18 century and sea water was used to construct the massive house. Undoubtedly the house began to crumble ,despite the infrastructural challenges though  a great deal of the property still stands today .If you are ever in Portland do check it out. I had an amazing day French man's cove was quite refreshing .After a long hectic week it was amazing to just submerge in the clear blue waters. 

This week I also celebrated by 24th birthday.Its crazy to think that I'm already in my mid twenties.How time flies. Grateful for having lived another year,one filled with triumphs ,failures and most importantly lessons. The journey is not in the destination but rather the moments that lead you there.I can honesty see my growth over the past couple of years and for that I am thankful.Here are a few images from our stop at folly.Until next time..........

DIY Skin Care

Toner

For this easy but effective toner all you need is the products above water and a spray bottle.You can always add little things like lime or lemon juice.But as is it is an excellent toner. I have been using it for quite a while now and I am pleased.
