Today's post will be a quick and simple one.We are in the middle of summer, super hot weather, now more than every our skin is exposed to all the elements. Here my recommendation a do it your self toner that nourishes skin after a rough day out and about.

Items  needed:

Mint (dried leaves)
Tea tree oil
Dried Orange peel
Apple cider vinegar
Witch Hazel (acne prone skin)
Spray bottle

Instructions:
  1. Wash and boil your first two ingredients in a cup on water.
  2. leave to cool completely
  3. Add 5 drops tea tree oil ,1 shot glass apple cider vinegar and witch hazel.
  4. Pour in spray bottle
  5. Shake together and  go ahead use your toner.
To give yourself that extra refreshed feeling after cleansing your skin give yourself a ice facial simply get a piece of ice and rub it across your face.Follow up with toner.

In addition to this remember to wear spf, EVEN IF YOU HAVE DARK SKIN you still need sun screen. I recently found out that over exposure to the sun is one of the causes of liver spots.Protect your skin this summer.

Hope you enjoy.Until next time
